Easy-to-use with a cost effective design, GPS-9531 provides even the most demanding user with an all-in-one solution for many personal applications... With an integrated serial port that complies with the NMEA-0183 data message standard and SiRF's binary data protocol, the GP-9531 provides users with maximum data and accurate message control over the GPS receiver for navigational purposes.

Through the RS-232 interface, GPS-9531 works directly with a host computer. This could be a personal computer, a notebook, or personal digital assistant (PDA). The compact tooling together with the magnetic mounting base means it can be used for either personal standalone applications or for system integration in cars and other equipment. Integration for navigation, positioning, location and mapping, is thus an unimaginably easy task.
